"I recently took my 07 Softail in for some minor service and an Ultra Classic on the sales floor caught my eye and, unlike another dealer in the are that I will not mention other than it is a real ADVENTURE to go there, received no pressure to buy this bike. I took it for a ride with a member of the Neidengards team and needless to say I now own it. "searched for my FXSTSSE2 in inferno orange and there was only 5 left in the US at that time, after calling on a tuesday to confirm that it was still available, deal was made and i was sitting outside the dealership at 7 am saturday morning, figured i would get the "heres your bike, bye" attitude since i was an out of state buyer, ended up spending about 4 hours there talking to everyone, it was great! it was nice to deal with a dealer that cared instead of the gigantic 100 employee harley deales in tis area, wish they were closer as a 8 hour ride is a little long to go for service, even though it seems like i could have my bike repaired and back in less time going to them instead of the dealers in my area.lol "

"I would not buy a motorcycle from anyone else. The team at this cycle shop makes you want to come back they treat you like family. They are up close personal and professional. I enjoy just going up for the conversations. When you purchase anything they are accomodating and go out of their way to insure quality and imediate service. I have bought motor cycles from John for 31 years. He has always done what he has said. He is a top shelf person the last of the top gun professionals, who makes you feel as if you want to go back because of his hospitality. I feel like I am part of that family. He is the only dealer of motorcycles that I trust.
He has a well trained fanatstic staff of people. Lori is absolutely wonderful, she is a very colorful person who brings a ton of professionalism wrapped with a personal touch of class that is unfound anywhere.
