As a Harley-Davidson® dealership, we take great pride in the reliability of our motorcycles as well as our expertise in maintaining them.  We work hard to make each service visit a pleasant experience.

Still, we know you’d always rather be riding.  We understand that when you do come in for service, you want maximum results in the minimum time.  So here are a few simple suggestions on how to get the most  out of your service visits.

Plan Ahead

Keeping your bike in top shape starts with the maintenance schedule in your owner’s manual.  Keep that schedule and you’ll enjoy the solid performance built into every Harley-Davidson® motorcycle.

Of course, you have other schedules, too.  Here’s a tip:  Note your maintenance schedule on your personal calendar.  Then, if you plan a long trip, you might avoid a last minute rush for maintenance before you leave.

Setting appointments early (and showing up for them) means timely service and less worry.  The chief beneficiary is you.

Tell Us All About You

Any information you can share gives us a head start on your service.  A seemingly unimportant detail might even lead to a diagnosis.

We don’t mean to pry.  We’re only trying to learn as much as we can about you and your motorcycle to provide everything you need.  So, speak freely and let us get to know you.

Walk With Us

When you arrive for a service appointment, come along on our “initial walk around” as we inspect your ride from top to bottom, tire to tire.

And speaking of tires, we always check your tire pressure and look at tread depth.  We can quickly tell you whether you have enough rubber to run until your next scheduled service.  It’s not about selling tires – good tread can be important to your well-being!

Just Ask

Extensive product knowledge is our job.  If there’s something you need or want for your ride, don’t hesitate to ask.  We’ll recommend what’s right for your riding style.

These conversations can be financially rewarding, too.  Parts removed during service usually can be replaced with accessories at no additional labor charge.

Stay in Touch

We’ll keep you informed and let you know immediately if any additional work is needed.  You can help by providing the best ways to contact you during business hours.

To Your Satisfaction

When you come to pick up your motorcycle, give us a little time to explain the work performed.  It’s a good way to stay in touch with your motorcycle.

Don’t be surprised if we ask permission to contact you later to see how your service went.  Your satisfaction is our goal.

We’re Here to Help

We already know your motorcycle.  Once we know you, we can present the options and solutions that work best for your and your ride.
